The MindBlade series began as a simple concept in mid-2003: "A short action sequence set to music." The first film in the series, Eternal Warriors, soon came to fruition, and it has been the most well-received of Noukon Studios' releases. Passed down through legend is the tale of two great warriors, trained by rival clans millennia ago and granted amazing power by the Gods. Immortal, and destined to forever be the gravest of enemies, the two Ancients suffer one another’s challenge once upon every century... Two warriors meet and continue their epic, eternal battle. MindBlade: Eternal Warriors is an action set piece consisting of a single sequence with little context presented. It stars Michael Roland and Cody Parson, and was conceived and directed by Gabriel Roland. It was originally planned as a more elaborate film (running thirty or forty minutes in length, and including a much deeper storyline), but those plans never took off. In December of 2005, Noukon Studios finally began actual production on MindBlade II, scaled back to an action sequence similar in length to the first MindBlade. The premise, however, was modified; the original two warriors were forced to team up against a greater foe and his minions. The film was roughly half completed before weather conditions forced the cancellation of the rest of the shoot, and the cast and crew have not yet been able to reassemble to complete production.
